We went for our first walk back to the park today.
Simone was so excited she could barely wait.
She ran through the tall grass, listened to the birds, rolled around on her back, and generally had a delightful time.
We are reconsidering chemotherapy. We set up an appointment to talk with a veterinary oncologist at OSU. We may still end up not doing it, but we've decided we at least need to hear what they have to say. More soon.
What a beautiful picture of Simone!! I'm glad you're considering chemo, Rosie feels so good, the process isn't as bad as you would think, they feel a little funky for about a day and then back to normal. A pill is given the morning of to head off any possible vomiting and they'll prescribe an anti-diarrhea med in case you need it. You've come this far, don't stop now, she's so happy, feeling so good and loves you so much, give it a shot. You'll know how it's going to go after the first treatment.
